As an employee, what type of service do you want to receive? Do you want to call an insurance carrier when you have a question? A different telephone number or website to check your FSA balances? Of course not . . .

The Employee Service Center is a solution dedicated to delivering to employees the type of service that any of us would want to receive. Most of us would want to simply call one spot, have the telephone answered by a real person who is friendly and eager to assist us with the purpose of our call.

VII has built in full time claims advocates who are poised and ready to deliver an employee experience that leaves them feeling well taken care of.
